Ahh Anguilla.

We're fresh back from a week. We stayed at the fabulous Cuisinart Resort on Rendezvous Bay, and we loved it. What's not to love? We had a third floor luxury junior suite beach front. The room was exceptionally nice and the bathroom was big and bright. Cuisinart has two restaurants, the casual Cafe Mediterraneo and the fine dining restaurant, Santorini. We had our meals at the Cafe Mediterraneo. All the food was excellent. The soups and salads, burgers, fish, pasta and steak. Due to the fact that the Cuisinart has it's own hydroponic gardens the salads and vegetables were out of this world!
